A Windows-to-Linux “translation” tool for the 200M+ Windows 10 computers not eligible to upgrade to Windows 11, Operese transfers files, settings, and programs from Windows to a brand-new Kubuntu installation and even leaves it with nice disk geometry!

Stratospheric Balloon

Software lead and electrical subteam member of a small (5 person) student design team building a stratospheric balloon with a flight ceiling of 35 kilometers. The team is targeting an August 2026 launch in Northern Ontario.

• Wrote GPS and radio firmware for a dual-core STM32 board in pure Rust with Embassy
• Designed 2-layer power supply board optimized for battery life
• Assembled and debugged main 10-layer PCB

Discord Verifier

A Minecraft mod for server administrators to easily limit access to a group of trusted individuals.

Created for a personal server, but has since accumulated dozens of downloads on Modrinth and CurseForge without any promotion.
